Maintenance Mechanic - Electrician in Naperville, IL

A worldwide leader in industrial shipping container products and services, has a full-time opportunity for a Maintenance Electrician at our Naperville, IL facility.The ideal candidate will be an experienced electrician/mechanic. Possess excellent electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities and have experience reading/interpreting hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical schematics/blueprints. Must have a working knowledge of National Electrical Codes, OSHA standards and machine shop techniques. Must be experienced working with mechanical equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic valves, cylinders, pumps, motors, conveyor systems, motor controls, variable frequency drives, contactors, breakers and PLC controls. Be responsible for production and facility equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, improvement programs and possess the ability to operate machines, hand-tools, and electronic testing equipment. A strong electrical background is a must (480 power & arc flash knowledge), and PLC troubleshooting and programming are required.Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment with the ability to assemble and disassemble equipment. Professional Certifications are a plus. Strong Safety, Quality, and Interpersonal Communication skills are essential.We are seeking someone who "makes a difference" where they work.
